Cathy Ivey manages IntelliBridge Technology and Innovation Group (TIG) engagement with employees through the TechBridge program, including Communities of Practice (COPs). These COPs enable sharing of best practices and lessons learned across programs and facilitate professional development in technical disciplines aligned with each of the nine COPs. Cathy supports the COP Leads with identifying and coordinating COP meeting topics, development of content development for COP SharePoint sites and teams, and coordinating professional development initiatives such as certification study groups. She coordinates and supports management of IntelliBridge strategic technology vendor partnerships. She leads the data ingestion and transformation efforts for our Enterprise Dashboard that is used to track employee skills, certifications, clearances, and education by internal organization, customer, program, and corporate capability.  Cathy also supports integration of TIG efforts with Business Development (BD) and capture for new business efforts. She provides oral presentation coaching and planning, manages technical/coding challenge planning, logistics, and documentation, supports BD/Proposal activities from authoring proposal sections and past performance to color team reviews to ensure our proposals effectively communicate IntelliBridge’s technical capabilities and mission focus.

Cathy has over 16 years of professional experience supporting Federal contractors and internal teams as a strategic problem solver and coach in Federal procurement, business development, and strategic planning. She is a Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Facilitator, and Certified in Cybersecurity^SM by ISC2. She has a thorough understanding of Federal contracting, proposal management, development, and production, meeting facilitation, and Agile development planning and management support.

Prior to joining IntelliBridge, Cathy served Alethix as a Proposal Manager, and Oracle as a Senior Proposal Strategist. Prior to that, Cathy was an advanced research analyst for Federal contractors, a customer success manager for GovWin IQ small businesses, and team lead for the GovWin IQ Onboarding team at Deltek.

Cathy holds a B.S. in Strategic Advertising (Mass Communications) and Minor in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
